London Musings

My life in London has begun to settle in.

What better time to give you a peek at where I am, where I'll be, and what I've learned thus far!

And no worries, I don't cry in this one ;)

It Gets Real

I've completed my first 36ish hours in London and what an adventure they've been!

Yesterday, after a flight, taxi ride, and move-in, I still managed to walk 70 steps shy of 13,000 steps! That's nothing compared to today's upper 16,000's!!!!

But it all hasn't been diamonds and rosè....

Wanderlost

I embarked on quite an adventure earlier this week.

Said adventure included walking over 5 miles throughout the city but it was well worth it.

I'm not one to try to brag on myself and I usually wouldn't share this until the contest has ended (if even at all) but I'm so proud of the work I did I want to share.

Why, you may ask? Well, just watch this...

24 Jumpsuit

I have officially entered my mid-20's!

Am I old enough to be this old?

No matter the number, one thing was for sure. I had to bring it in in-style.

Welcome to Atlanta

The airport is one of my favorite places to go. It holds such wonderful memories for me (you can read about those here) and it has some of the best people watching.

As most of you know, my dad lives in North Carolina for work and he and my mom often take turns driving down/driving up for visits. But this time he didn't have to take the 6 hour trek, instead this time Atlanta wasn't the layover it was the destination, and it was my job to pick him up.

It's A Journey

If you think about it, everything in life is a journey. It's our choice which turns to make and paths to take, and if we're going to enjoy this time we have.
You can even look at every day as a new journey. New stories to be heard, people to be met, and things to learn.

But this isn't about that kind of journey.
This is about Journey.
Sorry guys...
The band.
