White Out

Rules are meant to be broken, right?

Not only are rules meant to be broken, they also change over time. Iconic designer Michael Kors said this rule is null and void!

So throw caution to the wind and pull out those winter whites!

Longing for the Cold

Georgia winters are incredibly unpredictable. We've had a couple days that were freezing, then we shoot right back up to warm (if not hot) temps. One guarantee is the mornings will be cool...er.

Most of my dresses are sleeveless, and thus unwearable in the winter. The cool mornings and evenings (aka when I'd be wearing the dress) will make you look like a fool and there's nothing worse than having to cover up the outfit you worked so hard to put together with a thick jacket.

That's why I love dresses with sleeves.

Bold in the Crazy Cold

The weekend following Halloween was fur-reezing. After that weekend passed the weather went back to really warm. As in high 70's.

(Picture taken during our warm spell, hence the rolled up sleeves!)
Then this polar vortex hit and the temperature plummeted.
